In early 2020, people all around the world faced the same problem – anxiety and low morale because of a global pandemic. With stress and fear already high, workers felt even more disconnected while working from home. Escapely (then called Roobicks) launched to bring some joy and connectedness to the difficult time everyone was experiencing. Since then we have hosted over 65,000 people and counting!

We believed in our product from the start, but we were absolutely blown away by our client feedback. With companies coming back to play again (and again!), we expanded our staff and created new game scenarios.

In December, Escapely hosted so many company holiday parties we lost count and experienced our highest growth month to date. It was a bonding moment for our game masters, who ran back-to-back games while maintaining enthusiasm and expertly curating seamless experiences for our clients. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. We all came together as a team to keep up with the demand and throughout the month, our incredible game masters created over 100 memes that kept us all laughing and connected!

Escapely launches live team building events that are a combination of an escape room and the Amazing Race. Participants solve puzzles to race from checkpoint to checkpoint.

One year post-launch, we said goodbye to the Roobicks name and rebranded as Escapely. It has been a whirlwind year and we cannot wait for what is to come!

As the world returns to in-person activities, our virtual events are here to stay! This past year we have worked for many always-remote companies and conferences with attendees all over the world. Companies still use our virtual games as a fun, easy, and cost-effective way to teambuild.
We now provide multiple virtual team building events, live team building in all US markets, and we are hard at work releasing our new on-the-town adventures, perfect for a date or night out with friends.
