Instead of trying to escape the room, this Escapely adventure takes you around downtown Sacramento to track down clues and expose double agents!
This real world escape room is the most unique escape room in Sacramento. It takes you on a clue-solving adventure to find clues, solve puzzles, and follow an immersive storyline. If you want to keep the experience a surprise, don't read this next bit - it contains some spoilers about where you'll go on our Sacramento escape room adventure and what you'll see along the way. In Escapely's Sacramento escape room, you are a top secret spy tasked with exposing a ring of double agents threatening to take down the agency. We suggest starting at There and Back Cafe and Games in downtown Sacramento. From there, you'll head to Sacramento City Hall to take a close look at Sacramento's sister cities. Another stop is a clue at the District Court for the Eastern District of California, particularly the fountain outside. One of the most fun clues in the Sacramento escape room takes you to Missing the Mark, an outdoor public art installation featuring multi-colored darts and a giant dart board. You will need to examine and locate some of the darts, including one that's a little tricky to find. Another clue is at one of the light rail stations. Because Sacramento is the state capitol, it is a transit hub throughout California and the city has worked to put artwork by local artists at most of their light rail stations. We were able to incorporate one of them into the escape room. It's an extremely walkable city so you will enjoy exploring the city and finding the clues by foot!
