Instead of trying to escape the room, this Escapely adventure takes you around Orlando to track down clues and crack the case!
This real world escape room is the most unique escape room in Orlando. It takes you on a clue-solving adventure to find clues, solve puzzles, and follow an immersive storyline. If you want to keep the experience a surprise, don't read this next bit - it contains some spoilers about where you'll go on Escapely's Orlando escape room adventure and what you'll see along the way. In Escapely's Orlando escape room, you're a detective tasked with solving a mysterious murder. You must find clues and track suspects around Lake Eola Park. (The clues are in the real world, but the suspects are on our app.) The game begins a few blocks west of Lake Eola at Wall Street Plaza. From there, you will head to Heritage Square Park in search of your next clue. The rest of the game takes place around Lake Eola Park. First, you must find a clue at or near the Fantasy Swan sculpture. It was actually donated by the author of a story about a princess and a swan who found their home in Lake Eola. You will find other clues in the area and get to walk out onto a brick pier with a beautiful view of the lake. If you have time to walk to entire perimeter of the lake, the path is slightly less than a mile and offers beautiful views of downtown Orlando. If you're with kids, you can rent paddle boats to paddle around the lake - they're in the shape of swans because of the many swans found in Lake Eola. You can also get some pictures of the ducks and geese. This outdoor escape room is the perfect way to explore the most beautiful and walkable part of downtown Orlando.

Challenging enough to entertain adults!
A group of 4 of us in our early 30s did this around Orlando. It’s the perfect level of difficulty in fun mental puzzles and exploring your environment, while not being TOO much walking for the Florida heat. It did take us about 3 hours though with some time to grab snacks and drinks to go along the way.

We had a BLAST! It was so fun to run around the city, working together solving clues. It was nice to be more active outside. We laughed so hard throughout the entire experience. It was a great mixture of escape room, Amazing Race and scavenger hunt! Some parts were a bit challenging to sort out, but I highly recommend this and look forward to doing it again in another city.

Fun way to spend a few hours downtown
I had so much fun during the Escapely game in Lake Eola! I’ve done other similar experiences before (in-person escape rooms, the Exit Game brand, etc.) and I really enjoyed the types of puzzles and the difficulty level of Escapely. The Lake Eola neighborhood is absolutely perfect for the setting, and I thought the game covered a really good amount of physical distance. I’ve spent a lot of time in the Lake Eola neighborhood while I’ve lived in Orlando, so I was happily surprised to discover things there that I had never seen before.
I’ve already recommended it to several of our friends, mostly other couples. It’s absolutely perfect for 2 adults to solve together! My experience with the Orlando game was so good that I checked all the other cities available to see who I could gift one to!

A fun couple or group experience!!
We had a lot of fun and enjoyed walking around solving the case. We discovered some things we never noticed before and we go to Lake Eola often!!
Difficulty was moderate, some puzzles were trickier than others. I think we only used the hints on the initial challenge but after that we were okay. That being said, it wasn’t too easy and did require the 2 of us to work together.
The best part for us was walking around and stopping for the occasional beer and snacks while we worked on the puzzles. We completed the adventure (with our occasional stops) in about 5 hours. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon!!
Overall, I would highly recommend this experience. It’s a perfect “”date”” event that is fun, thought provoking and generates a lot of conversation between the participants. I would definitely do this again when traveling to a different city that has this available. Looking forward to the next Orlando adventure from Escapely!!

A long walk around the lake and well worth it!
Loved this adventure. Be prepared for a bit of a walk, but Lale Eola is a a beautiful place to spend an afternoon. We stopped for lunch at Graffiti Junction halfway through. We enjoyed the puzzles here as they touched on both the modern and historic aspects of the city!
