The best Seattle escape room experience
About the escape room game
This escape room adventure around Seattle Center takes the best parts of an escape room and the best parts of a scavenger hunt and merges them into the most fun thing to do in Seattle. You get to search for clues hidden in the real world and then use them to solve escape room puzzles. When you solve for a code, the app will tell you where to go look for your next clue! Instead of trying to escape the room, an Escapely adventure takes you to find clues around Seattle.
This real world escape room is the most unique escape room in Seattle. It takes you on a clue-solving adventure around Seattle Center to find clues, solve puzzles, and follow an immersive storyline. If you want to keep the experience a surprise, don't read this next bit - it contains some spoilers about where you'll go on our Seattle escape room adventure and what you'll see along the way. In Escapely's Seattle escape room, you are the potionmaster for a day at Florian's Elixir Emporium. After a spell gone wrong, you must create potions, handle customers, and find the right ingredients to fix the mess you caused! Your first clue is at Rabbit Rabbit Tea, a boba tea shop that even includes a discount for Escapely players! Then you will get to visit Climate Pledge Arena, developed for the 1962 World's Fair. While there, take a closer look at the sculpture La Diab Pish, which depicts the Pacific Giant Octopus. You will also visit an art installation featuring the Lushootseed language spoken by the Duwamish tribe. The Duwamish are the original inhabitants of the Seattle area, and they are still a thriving and active part of Seattle culture to this day. Your next clues will take you to the park near the Armory building and to the Fisher Pavilion. The Fisher Pavilion is beautiful and often used for wedding receptions and other fancy affairs. It's a beautiful place to spend some time, especially when searching for escape room clues. The final stop on this adventure is the Neototems Children's Garden. Seattle Center is an incredible place to explore. If you have time, we highly suggest stopping in to see the Chihuly Garden and Glass to see the beautiful glass art. And if you have never been, a trip up the Space Needle (right in the vicinity of the game) is truly breathtaking.

Seattle Adventure game
We enjoyed the Seattle escape game. My partner and I played the game together and found that the difficulty level wasn’t too hard but we did have to get some nudges because we tend to overthink puzzles all the time. Our favorite part of the game was exploring parts of City Center we hadn’t seen before and the incorporation of a local business into the plot line. Very well done and we look forward to trying another adventure soon.

Fun afternoon adventure in the heart of Seattle
I loved it and I wish there were more Seattle or Washington adventures to try! Maybe a continuation of this story!
Some of the riddles were a little tough – the clues were great though and helped me solve where I had trouble.
I really liked how you incorporated Lashootseed and local artwork and businesses. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer quality and thoughtfulness of the entire package, materials, story, all of it really. I immediately recommended Escapely to friends in my area and others.
I really hope to see more stuff from you in my area <3 thanks for the great experience.

Loved Escapely Seattle
Loved Escape the City Seattle. We do a lot of puzzles being avid geocachers and escape box fans. So we are rarely surprised anymore, but can appreciate quality.
Not only was Escapely Seattle quality, but it held some awesome surprises.
The first stop at a place for refreshment was great. Having a 20% discount coupon in the app was genius.
Using the art that we had walked past many times to integrate seamlessly into the story and the puzzles was amazing.
We highly recommend Escape the City for families and dates. Enjoy!

The best one we've tried
We have really high standards and were really skeptical (having tried some disappointing games from other companies that just had us walking in circles staring at our phones). Escape the City was a pleasant surprise. Puzzles were interesting, not just easy solves. We had to think. We’re Seattle locals and we saw things we have literally never noticed before in Seattle Center. It was raining (our fault for going on a rain forecast day) but we found places to duck for cover and didn’t want to stop. I highly highly recommend this one.

Gets you outdoors for a fun mystery game with your family!
We got the Seattle version of the game for which you need to walk around the Seattle Center. The initial instructions gives you the basics, and the real puzzle hunt starts after you scan the next QR code inside the box. Along with this, you get a bunch of envelopes with clues, and a locked box whose code you’re working towards figuring out. Each city version seems to have a different theme — this one is more fantasy-oriented, with potions and spells and such…
This is great for a family weekend outing, or possibly as a corporate team building activity. You’re not just getting a bunch of papers in envelopes, you’re actually getting the whole organized experience via the videos and clues on the web site. The only negative for me was the fact that you need to create an account for the online site, but I can live with that.
Highly recommended… I might order the NYC version of this before our upcoming trip to the city in a couple of months…
